Restricted Senior Community in Watsonville, California

The Association rule qualifying a homeowner or renter to live in this community is that the primary resident’s age must be 55 years or older; any cohabitant’s age must be 45 years or older. We have been described as a nice little community with a clubhouse building that has an indoor gym, a library, a kitchen, and a nice meeting area for a variety of activities. We have an outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi.

Pajaro Village Homeowners Association restricted Senior Development per CA Civil Code 51.3.

 

 

Meetings: PVHA meetings are held on the fourth Wednesday of every month, at 5:30 PM at the clubhouse and on ZOOM.

Governing documents such as CC&Rs, property maintenance, and architectural and CC&R violation forms, can all be viewed and printed from this website. Members can find these under Member Documents after logging in.

Pajaro Village Homeowners Association does not offer Homeowners Insurance to owners.
